How can you contact anyone from PayPal? The email portal doesn't work. The "send a message" link doesn't work. No one is answering the phone - at least not after 4 p.m. I have tried to contact PayPal through the help and the contact us blanks but nothing works. Anyone knows how to get in touch with them? Thanks
