Can you change your USER NAME on PayPal?

If you have change your legal name, you can change it by contacting us directly via your PayPal account when you click on contact us at the bottom. 

We can also request it on your behalf via Facebook and Twitter. 

You will need to provide a Photo ID and a name change legal document.

No. Once you create your PayPal.Me link it cannot be changed. Customer Support agents may be able to delete your PayPal.Me link so that you can then create a new one though.
