How can I change the Auto-withdrawal to Paysera Bank?

Hello I have added a new Paysera Visa card to my account recently, and I need to change the Auto-withdrawal to it instead Bank of America (the old Bank) , I have attempted that many time but I couldn't. How can I change the Auto-withdrawal to Paysera Bank? help please

From a desktop browser, you may change your automatic withdrawal account by going to the “Profile” page, selecting “Manage Automatic Transfer”, and following the instructions to select your preferred financial instrument for automatic transfers.

@Oregon11 thanks for your replay ,yes I have tried that before , but when I want to change it , it told me you should add another American bank account.

but I really have Paysera account , but I have some of my friends set Paysera card the main Bank to automatic withdrawal but they haven't American bank account before.

Is the Visa card you're trying to set as the automatic withdrawal option registered to an address located in Algeria?

The card you mentioned is able to receive PayPal withdrawals, so I'm not sure why (or if this is an issue specific to Algeria PayPal account Visa withdrawals) you are not able to set the Visa card in place of your US bank account. I believe that Algeria has restrictions in place regarding currencies other than the Dinar. If the issuer of the Visa card you mentioned is not a local bank, then this may be an issue, and why PayPal request automatic withdrawal Visa cards be issued from within Algeria. yes this is the problem, about contacting with support I had sent them an Email but I got just an automatic email 

by the way when I try to change the automatic withdrawal I dont find any other bank account without Bank of america and you can see that in images below :
