How can I change my phone number without log-in

Hi everyone, I need some help to change one of my phone number in another account due to when I try to login, paypal send to me a verification code to a phone number that I not reconize and obviously I can't log in. How can I change this information without log-in? I have the email and password but the phone number is incorret.

Get a log in when the old number no longer works

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
