I sent a message to pay Pal from the help centre more than 24 hours ago and still no reply to my problem , is this usual or is something wrong? Thank you for the help

I am in USA. I am sure Customer Service is like many others, because of the Pandemic, limited on Customer Service. If it is any consolation before pandemic I waited on phone 2 hours for customer service representative. Hopefully remote Customer Service increases during these times. I hope you find resolution very soon!

Allow up to a week for a reply.

Problem being folks are not getting quick replies and so are sending multiple messages.

Times that by the amount of folks contacting them and you can see they are inundated with messages so 6 agents could be tied up with the same persons message sent 6 times.


Advice is voluntary.

Thank you all for the reply so sad pay Pal is so slow am sure they have better methods to solve customer issues and so disappointing. We can not access our funds too and funds r on hold and no one to help solve the issue
