Having trouble getting a live person to help you

I tried calling every number I can find for PayPal and I CANNOT get a LIVE person on the line. All I want to do is close my account. I don’t have any balance or disputes. I’m calling with in their stated office hours. This is BS for a financial type “business” to provide such poor customer service. I even called the number on the back of the card and NOTHING/NO ASSISTANCE. Really!! Really!! PayPal is this the kind of customer service you offer?!?!?!?!?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
