HELP!!!!

Can somebody please help me!? ive communicated with paypal customer service back and forth for days and countless messages and i thought i finally thought i had my issue resolved but of course new problems emerged. So i had a paypal account i havent used for like 20 years and ive finally been able to change my password. i wasnt able to before because it kept going to the " sorry we couldnt confirm its you screen". Finally paypalsent me a link and i changed my password and i tried logging in with my new password and i thought i was in but then it goes to the sorry we couldnt confirm its you screen again! whats the problem here? any suggestions? ty

I feel your frustration. It's possible that you were asked to go through a security process and if you have not updated your information the last time you had access to your account you will get in trouble.

 

You may want to try and hopefully a new challenge will be provided. But if you still have a challenge wait few 4 to 48 hrs and try. If you're still unable to access your account you will need assistance from an agent. Contact information is at the bottom of home page of PayPal.com. You may want to strategize your call as we have limited capability due to the need for social distancing.
