Got an email saying my bank account is linked to my pay pal account but its not?

I received an email from paypal saying my account is now linked but when I go in to check it's still asking me to confirm my account, I'm just confused

My PayPal account is linked to the wrong bank account and I can't change it what do I do to change it?
