When a supporter of our charity sets up a Go Fund Me fundraising page, we do not receive any notification of this page being set up. With services such as Just Giving, we get an email to tell us a person has set up a page and some contact details for them.
This is very useful because we can add them to our database as a supporter of the charity and get in touch to thank them for doing their fundraising as well as offer help they might need.
This lack of notification means a supporter can potentially raise £000's before we even know they exist, which is not good donor care. Do you know if there is a way to be automatically notified when a new Go Fund Me fundraising page linked to our charity is created?
