I’m setting up my new PayPal account and requested to get a text to confirm my mobile number. I got the text but it does not have the code. It says “02/02:this code.” What does this even mean? There’s no number here that I can enter to confirm anything.
That is not a PayPal code. Call customer service for your mobile provider to find out if they are having issues and seek assistance in getting notifications from PayPal.
