Error when trying to add phone number to verify during transaction to send money.

Hello. I am currently trying to send money to another persons account and every time it asks me to verify using my phone number. However, when I input my phone number (the number I have as my profile contact) it just does not work. It resets the page and number I inputted as well as not giving me a reason as to why. Any help on this?

Is it a mobile and not landline as you can't use the latter for i.d or security verification anymore.

Is it issued in your country, confirmed and registered in your name?
