Don't have access to phone number

Hello sir/mam, my name is Sohel <removed>. I have an account on paypal of which I have forgotten password. When I try to login it sends verification code to email and as well as phone number and I don't have access to the phone number. All I want is to remove my bank account details from that account or change the phone number to the one I use now. Please do look into the matter it's important .

Thanks for reaching the Community for this  concern. As part of our 2 factor authentication process, a 6 digit pin is sent to the primary phone number on file during password reset procedures. If you don't have any access on that number, you can try other ways of resetting your password.
