Directive DSP2 - Login problems

Hi,

Today, when I tried to log in my paypal account, after I've entered my password, a message appeared. Due to directive DSP2, paypal needed to confirm my identity. The problem is that to confirm my identity, I have to enter a number on a phone that paypal will contact. The reason that I'm complainig is because the phone is a home number and I can't enter the number that paypal want to be inserted. I can't access my account so I could change my phone number. So, I'm in a position that I can't do anything, even make a direct contact with paypal by email.

I would like that a moderator could help me with this problem because right now, I can't access my account.

About the same here... and to add insult to injury, the reason I'm trying to login is because of a mail I received warning me about "inactivity fees".
I have no idea what to do... at this point I'm just being scammed.

So if any staff member see this and care, please contact us.
