Direct Debit Problem.

Hello all. So for a while I had the direct debit set up and all was fine, however one day I cancelled the DD due to an issue I was having (besides the point).

All went well and soon after I wanted to set up the DD again. 

I went on my Wallet and Bank Account Details, clicked Complete Set-Up which was there very clearly. 

I submitted the Direct Debit Instruction, and a message told me that a copy of it will be sent to me through email.

This is where I started having a problem.

I submitted the instruction, but after 2 days and counting no email came. No DD's are present on my bank website. And also, every time I refresh my wallet, it tells me to complete set-up again and again.

I tried to remove the bank account so that I can restart everything, however it won't even let me do that due to a Pending Transaction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
