Hi, I'm new to Pay Pal and have recently set up an account but when I try to link my credit card a notification comes on saying that my card is linked to another account. Bearing in mind that this is my first ever Pay Pal account and no one has access to my credit card information. Tried to get the situation resolver through Pay Pal help center but with no success. Has anyone ever experienced this before and what are the steps to rectify this problem? Thanks in advance.
