Im trying to verify my account so i can withdraw more money but each time i go to verify i get the message "The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience." i've already waited plenty of time and it is still "down". Is it just a glitch or are they not fixing it ?
