Hi, does anyone know how to actually get in touch with an operator to report fraud immediately. Paypal message system does not work. Their contact us chat does not work, and they seem to be avoiding any personal customer service.
Secondly if none of those apply you can click on legal bottom of paypal pages > click on the acceptable use policy > in there is a link on the word ''report'' to report any violations of paypals policies by another paypal account holder or report fraud.
