Hello.I have this problem.So I was told by PayPal to verify my account.Everything went fine until the last task which was to confirm my credit card.I clicked "get started" but there wasn't any link.I clicked on my card details and still no link but PayPal still tells me to confirm it.I tried to contact them but it's useless.Any help would be great!
