I always use option "convert with card issuer", for last payment I did the same, I was paying from my EUR account to customer in Germany I received sms from the bank that correct amount was charged to my debit card (EUR) - 571 eur, paypal email confirmation was showing same amount (571 eur) but when I looked at the transactions in my ebanking app I saw that bigger amount (588 eur) was charged than the one reported by SMS, and that amount is the same as if I would be using "Convert with paypal option" ?
Who should I complain to, bank or paypal ?
