Closing account

There is no option to close my account! I have zero balance and no pending transactions. I have moved country and need to set up a new PayPal account. Any advice please?

Hello @Shamusosean,

 

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues closing your account. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support to see if there are any open orders or billing agreements that need closing out, that's normally the culprit there. Either way they should be able to assist.
