NOT A BUSINESS OWNER JUST WANTED TO OPEN A PERSONAL ACCOUNT
Actually I was trying to create a personal account but once I tried to select the 'business' option it didn't allow me to go back and choose 'personal'. I've had no choice but to continue because my email was already used in signing up. Now Paypal obviously won't let me close the account due to it's processing fee. What should I do to resolve this?

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
You can click on help / contact bottom left of every Paypal page for contact options for your country.
Advice is voluntary.

Is there like an international and toll-free number (if possible) that I can call? Because I know that the one showed in the 'Contact Us' page is for local US residents only not for international clients.
