Hello...I just discovered that I cannot log into my paypal account to check if a credit was issued. I've been using Paypal for my Christmas purchases very recently but today it would not let me log in without a cell phone number. I do not want to give that and in the past, have always had the option of clicking on "No thanks". Does anyone have any ideas? I can't even message Paypal without logging in. Is there a phone number I can call? Thanks so much.
