Cant submit Birthday Date

Recently opened an account. Received notification that I need to input my Birthday Date. After typing numbers and saving pushing "submit". It looks like its doing something, but actually just endlessly spinning. Next time when I'm logging - dates are not updated. Its really frustrating.

This has been an ongoing paypal glitch for ages 

Your only option is to give customer services a call and ask them to update it for you.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
