Cannot verify the accpunt is mine

Having problems verifying the accoint is mine... It keeps on asking me my card number details which i dont have anymore..... How can i this account? Someone sent me money for emergency purposes and now my money is stuck with paypal??? Cant contact them as i am in the phillipines.. Tried several times but cant reach them.... Someone help...... Bim

Thats the importance of keeping all your paypal information up to date on your paypal account.

Can you contact your card issuer and see if they can access the old card information on your account for you.
