Hope someone can help... I am unable to login after recently changing my password.. I just get a message to 'send us a message' that doesn't work. The HKG help line is discontinued. Any ideas on how I can contact Paypal HK?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
