So I can no longer use PayPal due to my age although I will turn 18 in about three months. I've decided to cancel my account and use another money transfer app like Zelle. Unfortunately, I cannot cancel my account due to the violation I'm wondering why I can't cancel my account when it hasn't been used since 2017. Any information would help
