I need to verify that I am who I say I am so I can re-set my password; I get as far as entering my email address, getting the security code and then it asks for a phone number - trick is I entered a phone number that I got permission to enter and because it's not registered to me, system won't take it or my phone number that I have on file. Customer service is closed due to shelter in place and I need to get into the account desperately. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Wish you good luck with that then since you'll def. need to phone in as guest caller for help with this. You're better off opening another account and access this locked out account later when the phone lines are open again, if it is nothing specifically urgent like the account being hacked.
I don't even know if you can message them as guest or through a different account because for security reasons, they won't discuss another account through another account.
