Can't input date of birth for Account Information Missing Notification

 Please Please PLEASE can somebody help me as I'm going insane trying solve this problem.

My account has said a Notification for weeks now that I must submit information as it is missing.

I've tried submitting it hundreds of times and just get a green spinning wheel.

I've tried calling Paypal but just get put on hold. I've tried the web chat but they just refer me to call Paypal but then I can't even contact anyone as there doesn't appear to be anyone working at Paypal.

I've tried the message centre but nobody replies....!!!

Seriously, as a business this so poor in terms of customer service. All I want to do is use Ebay and Paypal and submit my date of birth. How hard can this be????

Please can somebody help me

Lots getting this problem, another paypal glitch it seems.  

Try phoning again but stick it on loudspeaker and get on with things until they pick up.

Also don't select any options just stay quiet OR say agent a few times to get through more quickly.

Thank you so much, by saying AGENT it got me through to an actual person who was also amazing and just simply sorted it out. If only I'd been told to do that front the start or there was guidance to tell people to do that.
