Can’t access my account because of Duo authentication app

I had to reset my phone a few days ago and I had double authentication turned on for my account. Now when I try to login I know my password, my email and even the number Associated with it But it is asking for a 6 digit code that is sent to the authentication app But Since i dont have the app i cant see the code. Is there a way to send the code to your phone number instead or something. I am writing this from another account because I dont know how to solve this. How can I fix this?
