I will have my company being incorporated in Seychelles, and I would like to know if Paypal supports non-Seychelles Nationality person open Seychelles business account.
And what's the bank account to link to the Seychelles business account? Can I use Wise (transferwise) USD account as US bank account to link to paypal?
What's the transaction fee?
I wrote to Seychelles paypal team few times, but they didn't reply my questions exactly. They just copy their guide without understanding my questions.
I am very disappointed about their capability of solving problems! The support phone line is US line, and it only supports US/Canada paypal users.
