Hi @jadindustries,
Welcome to PayPal Community.
As it is an account specific information I would request you to contact Customer Service. To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
I hope this helps!

Hi @jadindustries,
While @PayPal_Rishita's suggestion to contact customer service will get you to the answer, I can offer a little insight that may save you some time.
If the request has been made to provide an SSN and it is not possible to advance beyond that point without one, the SSN would be required in association with the person on the account. If the system allows you to leave the field blank, it is still possible that the information may be requested later.
For the purposes of creating a 1099-k, the EIN will be used where one exists if the document is needed, but it may still be necessary to have the SSN for the person on record.
I hope this helps!
Olivia
