Bank Account sms code Verification Failed

Hello dear Pals,

I have tried adding a bank account, but when i come to the screen of sms code verification i dont get any sms, i tried refreshing and re adding the account but still nothing, now when i try and add the account i get the message that paypal cannot verify who i am.

Can you please help me ?

Oh no! If you still haven't been able to log in, I would advise first to clear your cache and cookies, ensure your browser is up-to-date and trying a different browser or device. If this doesn't work, you may need to reach us by phone, Facebook, or Twitter so that we can help get your identity verified and the bank added. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon! 🙂
