Hi, i'm trying to get into a old account i had for Paypal that used my main email however i forgot the password to it, easy right? Just get a new password by email, oh wait, theirs a constant error saying it can't be sent. Well **bleep** me, guess we can try contacting them. Oh wait, phone lines are down and no one doing text support? Wonderful, so i got to ask are their any currently open methods of getting help from Official Paypal advisors that i can speak with?  Thanks.

Sorry, will probably have to wait until the phone lines are back on to contact PayPal as guest caller to verify your identity and get access to the account.

If you have time on your hands due to quarantine, try and keep trying to reach out to get customer service:

  1. Log on.
  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
  4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Or contact via social media:

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
