Help please. I've been speaking with 5 different customer service people over the past 2 weeks from ppal and noone has yet resolved my issue. We have added a new user to our ppal account and we want her to have permission to accept online payments transactions via ppal like eBay payment when purchasing an item, postage payment via AU Post etc. She has got 3 listed permissions, view customer list, send money and handle authorisations.... Apparently the "Send money" permission is the one that will allow her to pay but when she enters her log in details it just doesnt let her do that, she can't go beyond the point of loggin in. She can log in to paypal to see the customer list but thats all. What are we missing??
