Hi I am trying since so many days to activate my account to receive payment but it's not accepting payment nor is it able to send requests. I have a RUPAY card and I have already added to that to my account but still it's not working I went through the FAQs and it didn't help because I have email verified and all the required KYC done and yet it is not happening please help me with this issue.
