Thank you for your post! Are you currently experiencing a limitation on your account where a photo ID is required? If so, providing that information will be necessary to restore account access. If you are not prompted to provide a photo ID at this time but there is a discrepancy regarding your date of birth on your account, please contact customer service to request assistance updating the incorrect information.
