Account is flagged

I received a message from a customer who said that "it seems like your account has been flagged by PayPal".
What does that mean and how do I get it unflagged? I have been receiving money in the account until the past month but PayPal has not intimated me about any flagging. 

Can someone please assist me here?

Is it someone in India trying to pay only this was announced by paypal recently?

 

Effective 1 April 2021, PayPal will no longer offer domestic payment services in India. As a result of this, you will not be able to receive INR payments from other PayPal Payments Private Limited users. As stated above, this has no impact on PayPal’s international services, and you can continue to send and receive international payments in line with our User Agreement.
