Account Compromised, But No Customer Service Reps Available to Report It?

I received an email this morning about a new email address added to my account, which I did not do. It appears that my entire account history has been deleted and the primary phone number was changed. My profile also states that I've been a member since 2020, which is roughly 20-years short of my actual join date. Customer Service contact is limited to messaging, which auto-responds with a statement that it'll likely be hours before my concerns are evaluated. This is very concerning.

It is also recommended that you change your password and security questions.
