How do I take 2FA off it started by itself. And is inconvenient at this time because I can’t Ck my phone every time I log on to PayPal

I am sorry you're not happy with the 2FA.  Here’s how to turn off 2-Step Verification:

  1. Click on Settings icon next to “Log out”.
  2. Click Security.
  3. Click Update next to “2-step Verification”.
  4. If the 2-step verification is on you can "Turn Off". 
  5. Click Turn Off to de-activate 2-Step Verification.
