180 Days gone , i didn't receive email about withdraw my funds

my account got suspended in 15 December 2018 i received an email telling me i will be able to withdraw my funds after 180 but i still unable to  withdraw my funds

Normally you get that email and can withdraw as long as you are over 18 and have not used a fake name on the account.
