logo not working

I am trying to upload a business logo for my invoices - I have the correct size, format, etc., and it appears to be uploaded successfully, but does not show up. I get the missing image icon every time. Help!

Welcome to the Community .
That is strange, the logo issue was fixed a few months back. You should now be able to upload a logo successfully without an seeing a broken "X" graphic or a "Sorry you can't upload your logo" error. You can file a ticket with our Merchant Technical Services team and they can take a look.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

I am having a related issue - I cannot upload the invoice logo.
I click on the Browse button, but nothing happens.
I have checked to make sure PayPal is on the excepted list of the pop-up blocker, and other PayPal popups work fine.
What could be the issue?

Which internet browser are you using?
Could you possibly try a different one to rule out any potential issues there? (E.g. try Chrome if you're using Firefox now).
