Has anyone had issues with customers trying to purchase from BUY NOW buttons in the past week, and not being able to enter their credit card information?
My sales dropped badly the past week, and the only few sales I got were from eCheck payments, and I rarely ever get an eCheck payment. Two of the customers who managed to pay with eCheck told me they had issues trying to put in their credit card, or the wrong screens coming up.
Now all of a sudden I am finally getting sales again, and they are from credit cards, so there HAD to be some kind of issue, though PayPal isn't saying anything. And is there any place where they have system outage or status updates that can be accessed from your account? I can never find any of that either. Thanks for any help someone can offer.
