I recently setup my website to receive recurring membership subscriptions. The charge is supposed to be $50 per year, every year. I setup my site for 1 year billing duration and 1 year billing cycle. I cannot tell if members are being doubled billed but when someone makes a payment I receive several emails saying "profile created", you've received a payment, and then "profile canceled." These are not canceled by the sender, it just does it automatically. I'm not sure if its my settings for the recurring payment or what, but it seems like it should be 1 year billing cycle and 1 year billing duration. Then when I look in my account there are 2 payments from the sender with two unique transaction ids. Am I receiving two payments from them? How do I set this up correctly?
