Is it possible to setup a subscription payment with an initial deposit?

say i want to charge clients $100 once when they sign up for account setup or security deposit and an additional $20/month for membership fees recurring. i want to do this all in 1 transaction though. is there a way to do this with paypal?

It is possible to charge your client for a trial period of $100 and $20 per a month thereafter all in one transaction.

Log into your PayPal account, click Profile (under My Account), click My selling tools, click update (next to PayPal buttons), click Create new button, select Subscriptions and continue to create your button. (Under Billing amount each cycle put $20, under
