I currently run a custom controller business for the Xbox360, and we offer customs such as thumb sticks, paint colors, directional pads, triggers/bumpers and much more. I am looking for a way to have multiple drop down boxes that can select different colors for separate items and add up the price for each additional item that can be contained all in one submission forum and be included for me to see.
I have included an example so people who do not understand may see.

It sounds like you the set up you are looking for may work best with a third party shopping cart. You may want to check out the PayPal Developer Forum to see if they have any suggestions for you.
