I want my customers who may not be familiar with paypal to be presented with the Create Paypal form and not just "Already have a paypal account" or "Log into your account" and the "Continue" button. Any ideas on what code I must put in to access or present the page in this format.
Welcome to the boards. I'm sorry, but there isn't a code available to edit the PayPal checkout page.
PayPal is rolling out a new enchanced checkout page which shows "Log in to my PayPal account", and below that "Don't have a PayPal account?". A large majority of accounts are on the new enhanced checkout and the rest should have it within a few months.
I bet this change will be closer to what you are looking for.
