We are a company registered in Canada and having its main administrative office located in Canada. There are two Canadian directors both Canadian citizens and one Sri Lankan director with equal shares. We need to open a new merchant PayPal account.
Our bankers are "Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (BIBC) Branch in British Columbia
The back office for this operation will be located in Sri Lanka
All Business operation will happen in Canada. For operational purposes can the Sri Lankan director have the required access to the PayPal account from Sri Lanka. Will this be possible as he needs full access from Sri Lanka for our operation.
Could you kindly advise us the requirements and procedures to create a account with PayPal for it to be operated from both Canada and Sri Lanka.
