hello. please help. once a month paypal charge me 4.99. last month they charged me twice. what is that? service fee? who i need to speak with about charging twice ?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
