We set up a donate button with an URL to return to once the payment completed, so the person could download a coloring book (we are raising money for a hospital with the coloring book). A person made a donation using her iphone (safari) but she was prevented from clicking the return link paypal sent. She said it didn't do anything. Is this something safari is doing?Sounds like a popup suppressing situation to me...
I now have to send her the file manually.
Should I just advise people to donate using a desktop to avoid this situation? Can it be fixed?
Or is there any way to customize the message paypal sends out to a donator after a purchase and put a download link in that...
