My Paypal account is registered in Lithuania, but the preferences I can access are very limited compared to the other users I know that are also registered in Lithuania. For example, when creating a Donate button, there is no "Route donors back to your site" option for me. I need to be able to access the same settings as the rest of the users, so please help me out
